Welcome to Pure Skin, these terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using our website in any way, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pure Skin is a New Zealand owned and operated business, established in 2017.
Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the Pure Skin website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
The prices indicated may change from time to time without notice.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50. Any orders under this amount will be charged at a flat rate of $5.
All orders received during normal business hours between Monday & Friday are processed for shipment within 24 hours.
Please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order.
Items can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you provide the original proof of purchase and the item must be in the original, unused and unopened condition, within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for returning the product at your own cost.
Tracking My Order
When your order has been placed, a conﬁrmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Once your order has left our head ofﬁce you will be sent a conﬁrmation email with tracking details to track the progress of your order.
What Happens If My Order is lost?
In the unlikely event your order is lost, please contact us at email@example.com so we can assist you as soon as possible.
Do you ship International?
Unfortunately, Pure Skin currently only delivers within New Zealand.
Use of products
Upon purchase of products, the purchaser agrees to use the product only for the intended purpose and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, guidelines and precautions.
You should always check the ingredients list of individual products to avoid allergic reactions.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Item
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please take photos of the item and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
In the event you have an adverse reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately, take photos and contact us at email@example.com with a description of the reaction. Adverse reaction returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

Treatment cancellation policy
Failure to provide us with 24 hours notice of a missed or cancelled appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee and may also require a booking fee for future appointments.
